I have recently downloaded the 3 Parts needed to install PR but whenever I go to start one of them up, it doesnt come up?
I know my computer is already good enough to run it because I was running it earlier before I uninstalled it to get the steam Auto Hot key.
Can anyone out there please help me with this problem?

The files are compressed so they need to decompress before you will see the install window open. It can take up to 10 minutes or so. Restart computer. Click on file and choose 'open' ONCE. wait 10-15. If it hasn't opened yet then do a 'force check' with your Torrent client to re-error check the download. ( If you didn't use a Torrent to download, do so)
