Visual glitches

I'm not really sure if this is a bug, but some textures flicker from black to regular color when the screen is moving. Its especially distracting when playing as sniper/marksman when theres a flickering texture on the edge of the screen. I'll post a screenshot when I can.

ATI 5770 Vapor X Overclocked to 900mhz
(maybe its the high clock speed?)
