Radio men

Squad should have a radio man selectable kit to improve teamwork. Their kit would be a bulky sized knapsack with a antenna. They would should have the ability to radio radio all squads and commander. And the squad leader should only be able to radio the commander. Im not sure how this would be pulled off...

Already suggested lots of times. Not possible since voip is hardcoded.

this isn't vietnam kid, the squad leader has the radio, and it doesn't need a whole backpack in this here modern age
