Menu screen flashes

Whenever I open the game the menu always looks like this, i am not sure why, but its this constant flashing of shapes, and glitches to where i can barely tell what is going on, Its the same in vanilla bf 2, I tried reinstalling but nothing, what should I do.




This also happens on map loading/chaging screen, I can barely read whats on there or what map it is, Please help me.

(P.S) check out my other recent post on buying a card for arma 2 PR, I heard it will use ARMA 2 OA, which after running test on a website, says that I cannot run arma 2 OA because of my cpu. For reference to all he has a intergrated 6150 nForce 430
2 Gb RAM


I think it is your video card maybe.

When did this start?
Was it normal before, if so did anything funky seem to happen to your PC/PR then the problem occured?

I've never seen a case like this ever :/
But you basically(no offence intended) have 3 crappy PC parts, CPU, RAM, VCard
Me thinks its one of the three, or a combo of then causing it.

Is it the same when running in windowed mode?

What size is your page file? Maybe increase that.
Did you get newest drivers? Did you try reverting if the new drivers caused this?

Try with: On the short cut's properties, check "Disable visual themes", "Disable Desktop Composition" in "Compatibility".
