The driver camera use black and white thermal, the gunner camera use green thermal.

That's a minor issue, the gunner and driver thermal cameras are different.
The driver camera use black and white thermal, the gunner camera use green thermal.
Sorry if i don' t post any screenshot, I saw this issue in the ABC server during Qwai River.

Some thermals are actually different from commander/driver and gunner.
