[0.957e] Gaza Skirmish spawn bug

On Gaza Beach skirmigh game mode IDF cannot spawn at all and Hamas can spawn in both bases. Spawning in IDF base gets you killed since it's inside the DOD.

unfortunately the bug is still not fixed in the latest version, i hope this get fixed soon because its one of my favorite skirmish maps
