Vehicle Mini Map Spotting Bug

Happened in the same round as the Guard Tower bug, also around the missile silo on Silent Eagle. A german huey was trying to land at missile silo and our havoc which was passing spotted it on the mini map with the message "enemy helicopter spotted". The huey showed on the minimap just like in vanilla, kept showing grey when they bailed out:

It is possible to spot enemy aircraft while you are a vechile. It has been like this for as long as ive been playing, so I would think that it is either a feature or hardcoded.

as far as i know its a feature, because spotting a aircraft with the radio etc would be impossible

SLs actually cannot spot out aircraft either, due to the fact the have the "Contact Report" Commorose button(for reporting a location to the CO). Only SMs have the "Contact!" spotting button. Also, it only appears on the map if you're in a vehicle spotting out the aircraft.

In my opinion, its a nice feature, esepcially when you're flying since sorta acts like a "radar" kind of thing. Which jets/helos in PR lack.

Well if the devs really wanted to add radar they could do what the Little Bird in EuroForces did and act as a mini UAV, then again I believe that it will pick up everything and not just air so idk lol.
