How to switch to the A-10 wing gun cam? +Suggestions

How to switch to the wing camera (it allows you to see where you're aiming or smthn)? I've pressed every button available and still haven't found the right one. You also can't find the answer in the games "controls -> aircraft" menu. If you don't know what I'm talking about you can see the cam being used in the PR menu video for some seconds.

Btw, I've seem to done what I thought of before as being (seemingly) impossible: flying a jet with only a keyboard. I tried if after reading about it being possible. So I have another question - are there a lot of drawbacks when using only keyboard to fly a jet? Like, comparing to a joystick or smth. I guess you can't fly with a mouse, at least I tried and failed after my hand grew tired of pushing the mouse forward, lift it and go backwards, put it down, push forwards, lift, backwards and again, hehe. Any other suggestions to a beginner using a keyboard for (trying to) flying jets?

We (sniperdog specifically) edited the vehicle to let us do that for promotional purposes. It's not a feature in-game.

Sad, because It seemed quite badass. Is a good alternative in-game? As I noted, I'm not experienced (/plays a nice guitar solo).

You can fly using a keyboard, but its very hard to do it properly, as you can end up overcompensating when you are trying to hit a target, and by the time you're lined up you are heading straight for mother earth.

I've found the opposite to be true. Keyboards are easily controllable, but joysticks are a one way ticket underground.

Just try out all your available control schemes, pick your favorite, and learn on that.
