Menu "freezes"

When In PR menus I the game sometimes "freezes" and I have to alt-tab to desktop get get it working for awhile. When in this freez I can move around my mouse perfectly but not click on anything, the music is also still playing. When alt-tabbing the computer takes a for longer time to respond than when it's not in this "freez".

This goes for when loading maps aswell and is very tedious since you'll have to wait alot longer to get into a game. However, when in-game I have almost no problmes at all.

That's pretty much all info I can give you, there's no crash so I can't give you an error.

I've figured out that PR is problematic when I'm loading my laptop. But this shouldn't really happend right? Can I do something about it?
