So, I have found the cause of the the CTD's and the PBSS issue's.

Server admins have been taking PBSS of players on yamalia, yet none of the screenshots show any undergrowth what so ever,..

after some investigation, I stumbled upon and issue with the map's init.con which inevitably causes CTD issues for Vista/7 users whom have their UAC enabled.

So, each time we play yamalia, and we notice that the undergrowth is all over the place, this is why. Ive tested the undergrowth within yamalia's map folder with working settings, all is fine. However some people will get the lagg issues with the grass like in 917 build.

I could also understand if this was intentional as a temporary fix.
