Disallowed Program-Driver / memory.dll issue

Okay so first off, I have the Steam BF2 Complete version of the game and I am running Windows Vista.

I have added PR.exe to Steam as a Non-Steam game and it runs fine. After a minute or two I get the Disallowed Program/Driver issue. PunkBuster is completely up to date and have jumped through all the hoops to make sure it is up to date. After reading various topics on these forums in regards to this issue I disabled all non-essential processes and services through MSConfig.

After doing that I now continue to get the Disallowed Program/Driver issue as well as a memory.dll error where sometimes my game will lag horribly upon loading into a server followed by a memory.dll crash. Any help would be great and thanks in advance.
