[?] GeoControl Export?
I am working in geocontrol and I finally have the shape of my terrain, but now I need to export it the to the bf2 editor. I followed the geocontrol tutorial but my map still has the same flat height after i replace it with my heightmap. Any help would be appreciated

Re: [Question]GeoControl Export
export as raw 16bit (for carrera) and open in ps
change image size to 1025x1025 in the 16bit mode (image-mode- 16bit)
then save as and change name to HeightmapPrimary.raw and save (exact name and remember to save for pc not mac)
then go to levels/yourlevel and put there and overwrite old HeightmapPrimary.raw

Re: [Question]GeoControl Export
After yoou have exported the file, open it with photoshop with the following:
1 Channel, 1024x1024, 16 bit, IBM PC.
Then do as Zeno said and resize it, and make sure its on 16 bit. Save it, close photoshop, then reopen it using the following, just to make sure its been saved correctly:
1 Channel, 1025x1025, 16 bit, IBM PC.

Re: [Question]GeoControl Export
I'm not familiar with geocontrol or how it exports heightmaps but you'll probably need to flip the heightmap image vertically too if it's not already 'upside down'.

Re: [Question]GeoControl Export
this error happens if your Heightmap has not the correct size like Vapo and Zeno mentionedTheBobJeff wrote:
