PR Mumble Connection issues

Hey guys,
I have been using Mumble for quite some time now, and whenever I want to join it, It takes like 15 minutes... so when I start my computer, I start mumble in order for it to be ready when I want to play!
I decided to reinstall mumble now, And it doesn't seem to be connecting at all!
It keeps saying something about SSL Verification...
I have made sure it has Admin rights, In other words, I ran it as Admin, However that didn't help.
I have allowed it through the Firewall and I have shut it down too.

I can get into the server, But it takes quite some time, I usually have to plan ahead when I want to play PR.
However, When I do login to the server, Sometimes I won't be able to switch channels, I will have to restart mumble and relogging in, Which will take a lot of time in my case.
