PR will not boot.

Hey all,
First, I couldn't find a thread for my problem. So apologies in advance.

I have had PR for several months and have managed to play it with no problems. I decided to play it the other day, only for some reason it wouldn't start.
I launch the application, and it begins to boot (shows the dog tag screen on desktop), only it stays at that and then will just close. the game doesn't launch at-all.

I have:
Reinstalling.
Installing .NET Framework.
Made sure to open as Administrator and in SP3.
I do NOT have BF2 through Steam.

Yet there's no change. I haven't changed my game since I've last played it, so I'm not too sure what has caused the issue or how to fix it.

So I would really appreciate some help on this.
