Re-installation problem

I have been playing PR since v 0.85, and I've never had a problem with this. OK so this is what I did in this order;
1. I had to reformat my computer (because to an upgrade in graphics card and motherboard).
2. I re-installed battlefield 2 through steam.
3. I still had bf2 patch 1.5 on a thumb drive so i reinstalled that.
4. Re-downloaded and re-installed all 3 of the downloadable files through the website to the appropriate folders
5. Now all I get is this picture shows up :



and nothing happens. it goes away after a min. or so then the game doesnt start or anything.

I have tried running as admin. same result, I've tried disable UAC and still nothing.

Please HELP! I need my fix of delicious Project Reality

i have same problem.
few weeks ago i installed win7 and today i downloaded 1.41 and 1.50 patches.
then downloaded all three parts.
running as admin...
nothing happens.
i have msi motherboard.
intelcore i5 750 2,66ghz (4cpu`s)
ati radeon 5850hd.
...
i played pr with this same pc but only change is that i have now 8 gigs ram...instead 4gigs.


EDIT:
I think that i solved it.
i started vanilla and revived my old account from there.
then i went to custom games and tryed to start pr from there but i got some error that i must use pr.exe.

then i went to try again start game from pr.exe...its working now
