VOIP Disappears

Hey guys. I have a very annoying problem that I hope you can help me with.

My VOIP disappears. I think it happens when I'm not moving myself for a while, or when I'm loading a map.
The most annoying part is that they can hear me, but I can't hear them.

Yes, I have tried to mute/unmute, enable/disable, restart game, reinstall game, etc.

Any ideas what else I can do?
