Wanting to host a PR Server

Okay so I've tried scouring the site for information on how to host a public PR server but I can seem to find anything about it.

I really want to host my own public server for all the friends and clan mates I have.

Can someone help me be pointed in the right direction for the process of getting the rights to host a public PR server?

Unfortunately I'm not looking for a private server, so Hamachi and Tunngle aren't solutions.

I should clarify on what I mean, I want to have a Dedicated Official PR server. Right now I'm looking at Alpha Networks order list and plan to buy one. I just want to make sure if I need to be approved by the PR team to be able to run an official server or if there's special steps I need to go through in order to host one?
