Sniper scope problem

I run PR in a windowed mode, on highest settings, but when I use a sniper rifle, the horizontal line is not visable in the middle, please help.

Well, as far as I know, windowed mode isn't 100% perfect. Try running it full screen, see if that helps.

I've seen a few posts that say to make sure Anti Aliasing is turned on.

I have AA x8, and when I go full screen now, it has black bars on the sides

Change the resolution setting to your monitors native resolution.
