Best mother board for under $100 (for me)

I was looking to to upgrade my mother board so I could upgrade other things in the future. However I would like if it also would be able to run things such as memory, AMD processor, and other things.

95w (thats all i know now, Oh its also a mini I think)

X4 AMD 945 3.0ghz (ability to move to a 125w Processor, my heart belongs to AMD btw)
