Best mother board for under $100 (for me)

I was looking to to upgrade my mother board so I could upgrade other things in the future. However I would like if it also would be able to run things such as memory, AMD processor, and other things.
Operating System
Windows 7 (Look at my other form (transferring OS) )
Motherboard
95w (thats all i know now, Oh its also a mini I think)
Processor
X4 AMD 945 3.0ghz (ability to move to a 125w Processor, my heart belongs to AMD btw)

Video Card(s)
Radeon HD 5770 1GB (would like a mother board that could cross fire 2 of these)
Hard Drive(s)
SATA 500GB (500GB is enough)
Power Supply
550W (possibly going to be greater if I get New case)

Dell (need to upgrade possibly)

23 Inch 1080pp
