Problem with FPS

Hi all. I have problem with my game. When I'm playing PR (with max details) I have ~80FPS, but after few minutes I have ~10FPS. Same thing happens when I have the smallest details.

My computer:
- Intel i5 m430 2.5GHz
- Radeon HD 5650
- 4GB RAM

I tried to turn off all weird programmes but it doesn't work. I heard that my graphic card may be too weak for this game, but I don't think that is true.

Can anyone help me ?
