PR Mumble Issue

First of all, i'm sry if i'm posting this in a wrong section.

My problem:
i've got the latest PR mumble installed, and every1 EXCEPT for the squad leader can hear me! i've asked the squad leaders that i've played with to mute/unmute me, but it's not helping. I'm always starting the pr mumble with the "Run as administrator" option.
I'm running Windows 7 x64.
