Kashan Injury glitch/bug

While playing Kashan (Standard or Alternative layout [no apache or havok]) as American (medic) While at bunkers. I was coming off of one of those above ground destructible bunker things. The structure had been destroyed and when I was coming down the short ladder I was shot and injured. I'm not sure if I was shot dead on the ladder or what but all of a sudden I was in limbo where i could see everything with out being black and white or red. On the squad screen I was wounded. My body could be pushed around but I could not move and could only look in a 45 degree angle. I was not revive-able and my kit was retrievable. I could not suicide or call out for medic unless I left clicked. I was finally able to respawn once I was killed by an Admin. I was playing on the Tactical Gamer Server

Multiple threads about this bug. AFAIK it's an old BF2 bug that was caused by becoming dead right when you got on the ladder.
