Resolution issues

I accidentally set the resolution to be 86hz instead of 60. Now whenever i start PR my screen turns off and says 'not optimum resolution' I was wondering if there was a way to edit or reset the video settings without being in game because I cant see a thing on it.

Open with text editor (such as Notepad): Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\000x\Video.con

On line 9 (VideoSettings.setResolution) change the frequency to the desired value.
