[0957] Two-seat bombers

Hi guys. There are several bugs with two-seat bombers that I have found. It was tested at CATA training server.
1) SU-30 TV Bombs doesn't explode, they just destroy the plane.
2) Su-30 gunner's HUD doesn't show amount of missiles and bombs left.
3) You can't use thermal when using su-30 bombs.
4) Tornado HUD doesn't show throttle indicator.
5) There is no splash damage from tornado and su-30 bombs, tornado bombs doesn't have visual effect (on explosion), but you can still hear the sound and you can destroy a tank with a direct hit.
6) Missiles(both tornado and su-30) have big explosion effect but low splash damage.
