Cursor Bug

I had this bug, only with PR, when im loading a map, I can't get on it,since the little arrow won't appear, if I press escape it, will still happen. I minimize, then reclick, STILL! (That helps with all other mods, which I fixed, but now only PR)

Im not sure if this is just Win7
