On the Top left of your web page there is a thing that says "user CP", click it and then click "edit signiture" then you can type a message in and/or add a picture.

Theyre only for people affiliated to the mod like devs,cons,mods,coms and testers

the dogtags are for staff members only

Yeah sorry but the PR dogtags like those on my sig are for PR Team members only

however there are some alternatives floating about.
