Connection to server lost

Yesterday i had this problem but i was able to still play online for a good 2hours or so between messages.
Tonight im getting into a server and within 30seconds - 2minutes im dumped right back to the server screen with the 'your connection to the server was lost' window.
Ive gone to different servers and still the same problem. Ive checked my ping and tested it and its averaging 125ms.

I cant figure out what the problem is.
