help with auzentech x-fi audio

I have an auzentech x-fi bravura sound card and it wont let me configure it as such in audio settings.... all i can set up is hardware high profile with eax enabled.....is this a pr reality issue or creative driver problem?? i can select creative x-fi, so its showing in white not red, but after applying it states: your hardware is incompatible.....
mybe its because the bravura uses an eax 4.0 chip??? i have no clue....
does anybody out there have???

afaik, they made an exclusive deal with creative for bf2, to promote their cards. maybe thats the reason why you can't use it. but don't worry. even if you could, you would run into the same trouble with bsods like all the other disappointed creative users here...
