If you are a customer I would suggest you use the support area:

Home | Alpha-Networks | Raw Power at Your Command

Or you will have an email from them when you took out the server, so just email them ?

CONNA, I'd also ask that if you value your privacy, you remove your email address from your location status. Although that's the first time I've ever seen someone do that, so I guess the bots have yet to catch on!

edit: Fixed it for you, as it was unfair to leave it as it was.
