Punkbuster being a punk

Hey guys,
a friend of mine has recently been getting punkbuster kicked for no apparent reason on certain servers, it is always a 2 minute kick. I am not so sure what the PB error was but all I know is that he doesnt hack or do anything funny with the PR engine. He is a legit player and whenever we (group of 4-6) try to have a nice squad game, we lose a man due to this error. He has updated his PB multiple times but to no avail. Please share your views!

See if any of those solutions fix the problem, aside from that, try and get some more info from your friend (especially any error messages) because that will help us narrow down the problem.
