Global speak on Mumble?

Hello sorry to post here, but this community is more familiar with Mumble than any others I know, and I'm finding it hard to get help.

Basically what I want to do is have a user, or user group with the ability to speak globally across all, or only specified channels.

Basically the game I'm playing (Lineage 2) requires organized PvP of dozens of people on the same side, so we want everyone to be in a Mumble channel with their party members, but also have leaders with Global voice to give out orders that everyone hears.

Is this possible?

Well in the PR edition I know that you can select the "squad leader radio" button in shortcuts, that will transmit to everyone in your channel regardless of position. Not sure about cross channel communication (unless you open multiple windows + sit in each room in each window)

Users can assign a "Wisper/Shout" key this allows cross channel communication.
