I enjoy playing 24/7 Kashan Desert servers. When a round ends, it forces me to load the map again, and by the time the map is done loading, everyone else is already playing. I remember in BF2 it would let me just join game again if it was the same map.
Is there a way around this? Or do I just have to deal with it?

it has to do with the server settings.
Everyone is just loading quicker than you, to change this i advise getting mroe RAM to speed up load times.
Also whats are your computer specs?

Killonsight95 is correct. This is a server setting. Everyone reloads the map.
Speeding up the loading process is your only hope. You can try with defragging your computer that might help a bit.
