PR Guide/Wiki

It's been well over 3 years that the PR wiki has been offline. Any news about what is happening or when will it be back will be greatly appreciated. Why not just make it like an open wiki where everyone can edit?

I just noticed there isn't a 'GUIDE' button anymore, perhaps they quietly gave up on it?

Year after year that the guide isn't finished, threads like this come up. Its been so long but I don't think its going to come anytime soon, I'm quite confident that any form of commendable work has actually stopped since there are more important things to attend to.

There is a thread rattling around about a community written guide which actually got off its feet and had a few articles and details, however it seemed to have died roughly one year ago now.
