I have been trying to install BF2 on my Windows 7 PC for a while now. I found a link via an EA forum to a torrent version. I downloaded it and it works fine. Problem is when I try to play PR, i get a message saying invalid CD key. Is there anything I can do? Has anyone had this problem before? Thanks!
I have played BF2 and PR for years. I know in fact that my CD is valid because I have played PR before. The problem is that my laptop I played it on before died and I bought a new Windows 7 PC.

try playing regular BF2 on your new lappy and then PR, I had that same issue even with the game disk and real CD key. I just played reg BF2 once and then PR and it figured it self out some how. I might have changed some setting in game along the way too. just try futsing with small things. CD key shit seems to get messed up for no reason some times.
