Mumble Overlay Crash

So I was running PR with an ATI onboard chip. No issues with mumble. To not get eyecancer I upgraded to an ati 5850. Awesome.

However when I run mumble with overlay now it will crash, sometimes ingame, sometimes when the new map loads. With it disabled it runs stable.

So I had a scotch to calm down. Then I tried yelling at the screen and kicking the computer. Now I am out of ideas.

Anyone?
