2 kinds of Teches?

Just a random thing came into my head and I wanted to ask about it. What is the difference between the more militant looking teche vs the Civilian teche that hamas both have. Apart from the obvious one has 3 seats one has 6.

Maybe more HP on the militant techie indeed, but I guess it's mostly for variety's sake.

Militant one doesn't have zoom on the main weapon. Regular techy zooms the screen when you scope in.

Millitant techy is better for offroad
Millitant techy is slower
