I like em, the only one that gets a bit on my nerves is the one where they spin the shovel, its a bit invasive. Otherwise they're fine dont take em out.

Re: Remove idle animations
While we're at it, why don't we replace all voices with the Microsoft Sam's, and THEN, replace all soldier models with lifeless models than no longer require to breath or blink, and have them move in a robotic fashion. Have you got nothing better to complain about? Did you just have some odd thought to remove all the hard work the Animators (especially Chuc) put into all of these - and for no particular reason other than you wanting a game with no visual extras?

lol. I Seem to remember an old saying,
"If you've got time to lean, Then you've got time clean."
Meaning don't stand about doing northing. Get out and do a flag or something. lol You should not have the time to watch the animations in a good game. lol
Oh and I say leave them in. They are needed I think.

Re: Remove idle animations
I think the animations are cool and make the characters look more human, and they barely take any space so they pretty much have no effect AT ALL

Re: Remove idle animations
Those animations are nice IMO, but look what a real soldier does while he is idle in the field, and implement it in the game. What about the taking a zig?

Re: Remove idle animations
I would say dont remove the animations but replace them with one animation:
after not moving for ~10 secs the soldier should lower his weapon, like you can manually do in ArmA, thats fasr more realistic as the existing ones.
