OP are you sure it was an RPG and not a stolen LAT kit?
defiately an RPG, we knew exactly where he was

my understanding is that <X% of health you have a probability of being damaged in some way, maybe I was just unlucky.

We just got hit on by an RPG Ramiel on the very from right edge of the APC, on the sloping part of the armour and got tracked, so I guess its just weaker than the other APCs, it blew up from the bouncing damage caused by the tracking as well.

I was watching a show about the stryker on the military channel and this one stryker hit an artillery ied and flipped on its side and only one person in the vehicle was injured (broken arm) I think the show was "anatomy of a stryker". I also think that it would be "PRO" to have a mk 19 on the stryker but have like 50rnds for it tops or something as a balancing issue.

from my yesterday experience stryker is better than others when it comes to RKGs, there was 1 disabled stryker, and it didnt die after 3 hits
about anti-RPG armor
thats hard to judge, 1 week ago my LAV was insta pwned by 1 RPG into frontal armor, and i can remember succesful RTB's in Stryker after 3 RPG hits

[R-DEV]Masaq wrote:It's an APC, not an IFV. It's supposed to move people from A to B more quickly than walking and more safely than going in hummers. Armour is 14.5mm resistant - it's supposed to take small-arms fire but not go head-to-head against Anti-Tank weapons or heavy autocannon fire.
The armour is not 14.5 mm resistant ingame, as we all know from Operation EJOD. Is this a bug or a necessity of balancing?

In game I really like the stryker. It feels more APC than some of its more overpowered cousins.

The striker is perfect for the national guard but that’s about it. it not designed for heavy combat or fight other APC's and that what really lets it down. it was deigned for mobility and that is where it excels, but really what the point of being able to advance faster then all the other vehicles in a battalion because they can't keep up with them.

And because there so light duty they can't stand up to any heavy resistance with out support,

It a major step backwards for the US military

But hay you still have the bradles.

It's not meant to be an infantry fighting vehicle like the Bradley or BMP series, it's an armored personnel carrier, a heavy vehicle with the sole purpose of transporting troops and provigin light cover fire, if necessary. (Ie, a big Humvee)
