It's not simply down to acute reflexes, it's about cooperating with your squad to the maximum of effectiveness. Kashan maybe an exception to the trend but at the end of the day on any map where the focus is mainly on infantry then kills are the most important thing.
I've seen many good players get 30 deaths in some games, but have an inverse KDR in othergames. Is that really all down to how good the player is, in his ability to "kill as many opponents as possible", or is it a matter of fact that the more cooperative and teamworking squad that covers each other and uses the best tactics (which often involve avoiding the enemy and not killing them) is going to provide the most effective players. Even if only one of them is pulling the majority of the shots, he/she couldn't do it without their squad and team.
