You got hit reg problem's it looks like, and bad, hit reg prob's can be attributed to ether ping or packet loss, ping related problem's is simply that the hit boxes are not aligned properly with the target, and can be easily fixed

or You might be experiencing packet loss( symptom’s are bullet‘s you are firing disappearing from the server and as you describe bullet‘s failing to register, packet loss is information being lost in transient to and from the server to your system.
If you are experiencing packet loss, it best to limit the amount of information being transferred two and from the server. how you could go about doing this is by turning down your graphic’s, you could turn down the graphic's in game, but those are not too bad, what usually is coursing the problem's is your graphic's card settings, what you want to do is change the setting's from quality to performance.
The less information being transferred will in theory lessen the volume of information that is leaking.

If you are experiencing a very bad leak, you have to then get in contact with your service provider and get them to fix it.
