Re: Stamina-related accuracy
So what happens if I only move by tapping W, or use a macro to do it for me?

I doubt it resets whenever you release W.Zrix wrote:So what happens if I only move by tapping W, or use a macro to do it for me?
I don't think that'll be a problem, as far as I understand the engine. Unless of course you only tap W once every second, but... that'd make you, like, slow.

Well it's going to be settling back in between taps but it's completely dependent on how fast you're tapping. It's not going to be exploitable if that's your concern. Before anyone asks though, it doesn't differentiate between "sighted walk", "walk" or "sprint" (the movement deviation code considers them the same).Zrix wrote:So what happens if I only move by tapping W, or use a macro to do it for me?
Again, I'm just using those values as an example. I have yet to determine how long it should take until the full 5 second settle time is required.

Re: Stamina-related accuracy
that sounds like a good and logical idea
and yes it would promote saving sprint and it would give the stamina bar its name .. Stamina indicator.. indicates how accurate you will shoot + how much sprint you have left Energy bar sort of.. lol i am a supporter of this idea

Woah, sounds great. Thanks for the heads up.[R-DEV]Jaymz wrote:

Very interesting..linking those tho wolde be epic fking awesome win...$kelet0r wrote:If it can be done, I'm all for it .... especially if going prone has a major stamina penalty![]()
You dont prone to pronespam, you prone to expose less of your body/get cover behind a way...if there is heavy fire, you can just wait there and crawl around as you dont need stamina to do that anyway...
If you want longer accurate shots, you set up, and fire when they come
