This could get totally spammy and blocky! But still handy. Very handy indeed
Maybe only 1 deployable at a time would work.

Re: Fixing Bridges!!!
That's a good point. 1 deployable at a time would be sufficient. I am not sure about how more of them would be able to work in-game.

There ya go. If we could have one of those (mind you it'd have to be a bigger map) it'd be great. Problem is that after you lay the bridge that vehicle becomes absolutely useless.

how about reading a bit what postedEclipse wrote: There ya go. If we could have one of those (mind you it'd have to be a bigger map) it'd be great. Problem is that after you lay the bridge that vehicle becomes absolutely useless.
Now just to clarify before I go any further, all we need is the bridge itself, not the vehicle that deploys the bridge.

it sprang to my mind XD
Besides all that does the british bridge layer still use the Centurion chassis or is it on the chieftain or even one of the challenger (C1/C2) chassis?

Oh boy!!!
Something like this would be great for PR ver. 2.0!!! You know, PR has such unlimited potential...I can see BSS/PR hosting an international game in the future on a 50km map. Warbirds would have to really patrol while heli's insert LRRP's to scout, and everything that goes with it all online - wow! But I dream...
Thanks!

Re: Fixing Bridges!!!
The Titan which is the British Army's main armoured bridge layer is made from a Challenger 2 chassis yes. But I'm going to come clean here and say we have no plans to make any armoured bridge layers since it would be a huge amount of work with overall a slight negative impact on gameplay to make armoured bridge layers for all factions. I wont go into details now as to why we have no plans, you guys will just have to wait and see what we are planningHitman.2.5 wrote:Besides all that does the british bridge layer still use the Centurion chassis or is it on the chieftain or even one of the challenger (C1/C2) chassis?

we need somin like this. that titan thingy and they huge claw thingy.
Rhino: Fixed your link youtube bit, you only need the bit after the =, ie the "bUlUS2mqzWY" bit, without the quotes in the tags for it to work, not the entire url.
