Your idea will not be implemented.

For a start, you don't need to use separate slots to change between full auto and single-shot firing mode.

Secondly, for most kits that use ironsights currently, there is not space to use a second slot for a zoomed ironsight mode. If we were to implement your idea, it would mean removing another item of equipment from most ironsight kits.

We cannot create more equipment slots than the default, 9. 1-9 is all we've got to play with, and most of our kits are now maxed out.

Never mind the fact that most of the DEV team are in agreement that adding zoom to ironsights is a less-than-ideal fudge. 1.25x or 1.5x zoom looks odd.


Just practice with them, you'll be able to hit stuff out to 300m without any problem after a while.

Resuggestion, although I love the idea. Although you don't really "zoom in", it's simulating concentration.

No offense, but he seems pretty illiterate in the English language, while trying to use common slang, and advanced words at the same time.

The idea at best seems pretty stupid, as I can get the target nailed with Ironsights at ranges up to 250 meters. First game in PR, I wasn't in a squad, deicided to go with the Specialist on MEC (EJOD), saw a few guys running towards our stronghold (the small bunkers behind the garden), and decided to get my first kill in PR. Aimed in, went to Semi-Automatic, waited 3 seconds, Bam. "Cease fire, cease fire!". I hit the guy right in the chest. The fact that I could take out a target with ironsights (No "Zoon") that was about the size of 2 millimeters on my screen with ease means its not impossible to hit a target.

Then take a break from the game for half an hour. Staring at a monitor for a few hours at a time with no break is a bad idea, whatever game you're playing - but we're not about to remove equipment and use two slots for zoom/no-zoom modes because of it

Plus, this is a resuggestion - so it's gunna get a lock.
