Why not address the real problem: Playing as a collaborator sucks. The class that is supposed to be healing people would probably be used for that if it didn't require you to spend half the game looking at the death screen because BLUFOR guys can shoot you effectively without penalty.

well...its obvious but actually there are several threads already discussing civilian issues.
