First off is this:
One thing that doesn't affect better playing but it does reality, could you make animation when jumping over fences it jumps it over like a real soldier just like in Flashpoint DR you know when he puts the hand on the fence and jumps it like in reality ( if that is possible with BF2 engine ) and Second is wouldn't be better if you could jump at least 3 times before you get tired because when running into cover you will give anything to go faster behind some wall and you probably need to run then jump and if there are enemies or risk of getting killed you will need to run again! That way like now the soldiers are like weak men with low running capapbilites and jumping!

Animations only effect the upper body, can't do anything with the legs like jumping or stepping sideways, etc.

Regarding your second suggestion this will shed some light.
I very rarely see bunny-hoppers in PR, it's fine the way it is.

As explained, your first suggestion is hardcoded. Your second is a ressugestion.
