Hello Devs and Denizens.
I am a BIG fan of the collaborators, I find them challenging and fun to play. I do really like the new rules.
But it seems that blufor has nothing to help deal with civilians at range. I have not been blufor yet, but I am told there is no more breeching shotgun. Could you not "arrest" the civilians with the breeching shotgun before?
The civilians do add quite a challenge to the Blufor, but something to deal with them at short-medium range would be nice.

The new manual isnt even done yet is it, so dont just say read the manual because the old manual wont have the new roe in it.

Now, is it if you USE the epipen or resusitate hands, or have them equiped? I mistakenly pulled out my epipen, but still said I was killed inside ROE. unless I timed it wrong, I had been spawned for more than a minute.
Also, I like the no running over rule. stopping a tank in its tracks like Tienanmen square is hilarious

As far as I remember having the item selected triggers the ROE. If you are using the collaborator I suggest you use the mouse wheel to switch between kit items. This way you have a lower chance of accidentially selecting one of the "bad" items.
