I have a AMD phenom 2
And 3 gigs of supported ram (Curse you 32 bit)
and when i try to load the next map in rotation it CTDs
any suggestions

Turning your textures down to medium will solve your problem.

I didnt buy my new computer just for pr but It ran fine on my other $300 computer and now i have to turn my textures on medium for my new $1400 computer?
Just sounds a little odd...
Oh yea it might help to add that im running on steam (Overlays off)

You're running out of memory. So either upgrade to a 64-bit OS and get more RAM, or lower your textures.
Or try cleaning up your PC, stop everything else while playing PR.
