Magic marker change?

so... are the markers completely gone, or just the numbers displaying the range below them ?

Hmm. This sounds like possibly the biggest overall change for 0.95. And you guys just snuck it out :)

How about an R-DEV (The powerfull Chuc no less!) on Page 2 saying that they've added a calculator for squad-leaders but the squad-members just need to guess? I'd say that pretty much proves the idea ZephyrDark found in that screenshot.

I think they're keeping the 3D Markers but just removing the "rangefinding" ability of them.

This is one of those changes that I will cry "THIS WILL RUIN PR FOREVER" about, then get used to it and think how I ever lived before. I hope. Also, this might make the players get to know the individual maps better, as they'll be looking at the map and calculating distances and whatnot a lot more.

i hope its only the range and not the hole marker... if its the hole marker BOOOOO its so hard to tell someone 125 2nd story 3rd window to the right, i still want my 125 on the marker because his 125 might be diff than my 125 as we are not on the same spot
