Won't be as easy to do that any more with the lowered traverse speeds.


I really appreciate this change.
However, I am guessing unless turret movement is done using WSAD key, people will just use higher mouse sensitivity (either buy mouse with sensitivity control or use higher sensitivity on BF2 control) to spin tank turret like clown's spinning Bow tie once again. This happens all the time for FH2 Tiger I tank.

I think it will be more survivable now. Due to thermal imaging, it will be WAY more easier to spot those sneaky HAT people that hit you out of no where from like 700m and then hide like *******.

Raising your mouse sensitivity will mean you'll accelerate faster, but you'll still be governed by the top speed of the turret which is much lower than before. In vehicles we have control over the max turn speeds that negate mouse speed as far as the maximum speed possible goes.

It's possible yes, but by the time a tank gets to that stage, there's always the possibility that it will be either tracked, have it's turret disabled, or both. This would make it almost impossible to do so.

Do you even know what I'm talking about?

If you shoot the TOW at a tank, and you die before it hits, the missile will simply vanish out of the air.

No. If you believe they will engage you, aim just over the top of the turret, then if you're still alive, drop the missile into the tank. If you die, the missile streaks down towards the ground, hopefully into the tank.

Hunter : Tank can kill choppers yes, but only choppers flying low. If a good pilot is capable of doing a vertical strike or at 60 degree from like 700m or more the tank stand no chance

ive seen tanks shoot down jets with their main cannon, it was pretty. pretty badass

Yes BMP-3 can take down a jet easily. Cause he can look up to like 70 degree. But again, jets that got shot down by TANKS were certainly flying low and going on the horizon. But if you just do a strike with a jet by a 60-70 degree angle and then go back at 1200 you're ok. And its quite fast too.
